In july and august, the rental period for mobile-homes and chalets are only possible from saturday till saturday ( The rental periode for chalets are also possible from sunday till sunday ):

                  - ARRIVAL: between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm

                  - DEPARTURE: between 8.00 am and 10.00 am

From september till march, and in may and june, the minimum duration is 2 nights with indifferent arrival day: arrival and departure between 10.00 am and 12.00 am or 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Saturday: arrival between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm, departure before 11.00 am.

In april, the minimum duration is 2 nights with indifferent arrival day: arrival between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm, departure between 8.30 am and 10.00 am.

The rental of accommodation or a camping pitch infers complete adhesion to the general booking conditions and acceptance of all arrangements.

The campsite Les Peupliers refuses access to families arriving with more participants than the capacity of the accommodation rented

( including babies and children ).

It is up to the camper to insure himself as the direction refuses all responsibilities in case of theft, fire, weather conditions, ….

To preserve the peace and quiet of the campground, groups are not accepted. Minors who are not accompanied by their parents are not accepted.

Possibility television to rent: 4€ per day   -    free in chalet and mobil-home “grand confort” and 3 bedrooms. 

Possibility sheets to rent: bed 2 persons 12€ - bed 1 person 9€ (Per new pair).

Possibility baby-bed to rent: 1€ per day   

Possibility baby-chair to rent: 1€ per day 

Extra person: 15€ per night (obligatory agreement)

RESERVATION: Deposit of 25% to be sent with reservation. The balance of the holiday price must be paid 30 days before the beginning of  your stay at the latest. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the expected date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, except 40€ for processing fees. All cancellation within 30 days of your stay involves the forfeit of your payment.

We recommend you take out a cancellation guarantee payable at the time of booking, to the sum of 15,00 € per week for a rental.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure with respect to the dates stated on the contract, the entire booked period will be charged.

Accepted payment:Visa - Eurocard.

On arrival at the campsite, a deposit of 200€ need to be paid. It will be returned on your day of departure, if there are no damages to the chalet, mobil-home or its accessories. If you do not wish to clean your letting on the day of your departure, an extra will be charged:

Mobil-home “confort” and chalet: 40 € - Mobil-home “grand confort”: 50 € - Mobil-home 3 bedrooms: 60 € - Mobil-home without sanitary : 30 €

Cleaning  letting + plates and dishes + dustbin + barbecue + beds :

Mobil-home “confort” and chalet: 100 € - Mobil-home “grand confort”: 120 € - Mobil-home 3 bedrooms: 140 € - Mobil-home without sanitary: 80 €

FOR YOUR REST: Please make as little noise as possible, in order not to disturb your neighbours. Turn down your radio’s, tv’s etc.; avoid keeping the motor of your car on and don’t slam the doors. Parents are responsible for noise, caused by their children after 0h00. You are requested to be silent from 23h. Two warnings for noise will result in expulsion.

GAMES: Don’t let your children use the sanitary blocs to play, make them use the playgrounds.

SURVEILLANCE: Parents, please look after your children. The management of the camping site is not responsable for accidents in the swimming pool, water sliding, playgrounds or on the river side. ALCOHOL (BEER INCLUDED) PROHIBITED FOR –18 YEARS UNLESS PARENTAL PRESENCE.

DOGS: Dogs must be kept on a leash. Don’t leave your dog alone in your tent or caravan when you go away, and think to take it for its little walk outside the camping site when it needs. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool and sanitary blocs.

GARBAGE: Please throw your garbage in the dustbins at the entrance of camping. If you have any linen to dry, please hang it out as discreetly as possible.

HEATED SWIMMING- POOL: You can use our swimming pool. Its entrance is free. Balls, bottles, shoes, rubber beds etc... are forbidden. Unsupervised bathing. Children must be supervised by their parents. The management accepts no responsibility for any accidents. Jacuzzi for adults only. Shorts and long swimming trunks are forbidden.
